Lawful Use Only
Files are technical data that may be controlled under EAR §734.7(a)(5). Export without authorization is prohibited. Buyer certifies they are not in a prohibited or restricted jurisdiction and are responsible for complying with all local, state, federal, and export laws. Orders store the TX hash, wallet, email, IP metadata, and affirmative compliance checkbox for audit purposes.
Buyer Certification
By checking the compliance box at checkout, the buyer certifies they are legally allowed to purchase, access, possess, and use the digital materials in their jurisdiction. The buyer agrees not to export, transfer, resell, publish, or use any files in violation of applicable laws.
Restricted Jurisdictions
Signal Stronger may refuse, cancel, or withhold delivery where a transaction appears to involve a prohibited or restricted jurisdiction, export-control concern, fraudulent payment, or misuse risk.
Audit Trail
For each order, the system is designed to store the order reference, buyer email, transaction hash, wallet/payment metadata, IP/user-agent metadata where available, product IDs, amount, timestamp, and compliance acceptance status.
Creator Ownership
Creators listing files must confirm ownership, permission, or licensing rights. Reposting or selling someone else’s intellectual property without permission is not permitted.
Digital Delivery
Verified purchases receive time-limited links, normally valid for 30 days. Email is the customer identifier; no customer account is required.
